Yes. The engineer comes to you and diagnoses the fault on site. Some faults can be fixed on the first visit; if a part has to be ordered, the engineer arranges a return visit with you.
Repairs start from £72, including the call-out and diagnosis; parts are extra. If you decide not to go ahead after diagnosis, you pay £36 for the call-out and diagnosis. The engineer confirms the price before starting any work.
